Mission Statement : The F.A.M.E Organization will implement programs, events and professional mentoring for youth and young adults in underserved communities. F.A.M.E is led by four guiding principles; fortitude, aspiration, multiculturalism and education. Fortitude fosters the need to be successful. Through aspiration the program will nurture creativity, talent, and entrepreneurial skills. The multicultural aspect is a program within itself; many of our youth have very little knowledge about their heritage, therefore, leading to a lack of self-respect and ignorance. Multicultural education will explore diversity and promote unity.Education and Entrepreneurship are the keys to our success.
Vision : Our F.A.M.E ambassadors will be positive forces amongst our current population of discouraged youth and young adults. It’s our aim to inspire, encourage and invite area youth to become empowered. During a time that thrives with opportunity, our communities are plagued with crime, low educational expectations, and a sense of helplessness. Our annual events will incorporate positivecommunal support while our programs foster youth empowerment.
Commitment : As the founder of F.A.M.E., I’m fully invested in the empowerment of youth and young adults. F.A.M.E will promote and foster the needs of our community through career and educational assistance, multicultural education, scholarships, grants, and annual events.
